I'm not actually sure it will fit, I didn't take any measurements before I ordered it. I'm pretty sure I have enough height, just won't know if I have the depth until I get the old enclosure out. One way or another though I'll find a way.

those things just kill.
Removed one of the midbass enclosures and can definitely make it fit but won't know if I can get it in the center over the driveshaft hump until I get the rest of the old enclosure out. I'm hoping if I use some fiberglass instead of mdf for the part of the enclosure behind the driver I can make it fit there. If I have to move it off to the side I'll have to get rid of the rear mounted midbass drivers and if I have to do that I'll likely just do a 2 way up front with 10's in the doors and ditch the kick panels.
Quite a bit deeper than the 1200GTi's I had in there originally.
When Bassmaxx introduced their monster subs, those were the drivers they used, you could special order them with the Aura 1808 when they were available but most stuck with the McCauley as there was not much of a performance difference and parts were readily available.
I was just about to start building a new enclosure for the McCauley and then this happened.
Now you're just showing off
not sure that will fit in the well of the elco
It'll just barely fit, I'm going to have to make the part of the enclosure behind the sub out of fiberglass to clear it. It definitely won't fit in the center like I was hoping.
Finally making a little progress, have cut 6 pieces of the ~40 that it's going to take to make the box. At least it looks like I'll be able to make it fit and still have the seats all the way back.
Did you say six pieces, with at least 34 more to go? Geez!
Are you not entertained?!?!
