Very nice work, not easy to keep the cuts that smooth. Mine looks really rough next to it

the trick is to keep constant pressure on the blade. that way it wont look choppy. looks like you also have a delta scroll saw. very nice.

Started a project out of scrap pine laying around the garage. Working on a simple, yet solid kids chair. The goal is to only use glue and joinery. Here is where Im at so far. follow me on instagram for faster picture progress. same username

I am also finishing up a bookshelf I am making for my girls. It is based off of the one in the link below, but out of MDF I already had in the garage. Going to paint it with purple enamel latex paint and use white bead board in the back. Should look pretty good when its done.

had one of the kids helping me slather on some primer/sealer.

Some nice work man. I'm trying to get a big slab of about 2-3"D wood (mesquite or pecan more than likely) and make a coffee table. That's about the extent of my tools/skills at this point lol.

all done. No screws were used in the making of this project. Just tenon joinery and glue. This thing is very sturdy. I bet I could stand on it but I'm not willing to find out.

the kid seems to enjoy it. (pay no attention to the socks and sandals. Kids do some crazy things)

    Re: Bob's wood builds

the wife asked me to make her mother a present for her upcoming birthday. We decided on a treasure/jewelry box made of purple heart with black walnut handles. I will be using tung oil as the finish.

    Tools used
    - miter saw
    - table saw
    - router table
    - lots and lots and lots of router bits
