Not bad. Erin beat me up pretty good on my score sheet but actually he validated mostly what I already knew just didn't know how to fix it, so that's a good thing. He gave lots and lots of notes which are very helpful. He, Vinny and Cook gave me some areas I should work on. I believe the setup I'm running now is the best I've had, just need to focus more on tuning, what to listen for and how to fix it. I believe I'm done changing components for a while.

This isn't much of an update but it is something I wanted to do ever since I got the Denon HU. I was fortunate enough Erin decided to go with the Mc meters in his build and I was able to get what I was hunting for a while.

During lunch the other day I made a new HU bracket.

    Test fit

Made the trim ring out of mdf

    Vinyl added

    Installed

Such a complete build. You must be almost out of things to build.

    Re: 2004 Monte Carlo

I think I'm done changing components in the car for a while. I couldn't pass up adding the meter when it came available though. Now it is on to cleaning some things up and understanding the art of tuning. I'm thinking of maybe entering some install class in MECA this coming season. So there are some things that need addressed.
