The set is rated for 130 lbs. All I plan to use this side for is basic assembly/clamping and as a sewing table... my sewing machine will sit on top and allow the material to flow through the machine and then onto the top of the work bench... My machine is only about 10lbs. These should be more than sufficient.
The other side is the peg board that I made which also serves as a down draft sanding table/station. I hadn't mentioned that yet, but it's pretty slick. More pics coming soon.

The other thing I didn't mention is that the tolerance above the folding table is very tight. This allows for additional support when the table is extended. If you put full pressure on the outermost edge and the brackets flex, it forces the back edge into the bottom of the overhang for the top which minimizes play and allows for more load bearing than the brackets are rated for.
