Thinking on going black on black vinyl on everything and gloss black paint on the backside of the plexiglass to give it a gloss black look. Thoughts?

You might consider painting the acrylic insert with the room's wall color, or maybe the color of the chair upholstery. I would hate for black on black on black to cause your hard work to blend together and disappear.

The TV Stand is black on black, was trying to match that. I know what you mean though, black does hide the detail

or if you want black on black, use different texture or vinyl styles. On one of your vids you used a perforated vinyl for some trim pieces for example. Help break it up a bit. Or maybe a dark grey insert with the black. Not all out silver so it jumps out, but enough to notice it.
