    Re: Jordan's 2013 Taurus SEL

I found a great video showing me how to remove the head unit. It is quite the puzzle to get apart but shouldn't take very long. Also, thanks to thefranchise713, I have the needed wiring diagrams to hook up the LOC. For the remote line I plan to hook into the ignition.
Grand total list of all the misc install stuff:
Sky High 1/0 lugs and heatshrink
    Sky High 20' RCAS
    NVX 2 channel LOC
    Toolmaker 1/0 to 4ga reducers
    VTE Warehouse components:
    (2) Waterproof ANL fuse holders, red
    1 black power distribution block
    1 red power distribution block
1 red 4-bolt buss bar with cover

And CHEAP. All the components I got from VTE Warehouse cost right around $26. Fuses, fuse blocks (they come with the little wire covers, cleans it up nice), and the 3 distro blocks.

Definitely going infinite baffle with this sub. It will fit perfectly, and I have some nice places to seal it up fairly easily.

Good deal! That's a great spot for it, just like you had suggested before.

    Re: Jordan's 2013 Taurus SEL

I'm definitely going to have to do a double baffle though. The baffle will be straight vertical and the sub barely fits, there won't be a whole lot of wood for support

Rough placement of front electrical distribution components. Everything should fit well.
