Project Blackburd - HiFiDelity's 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T build

As most of you know I purchased a new ride last weekend and I decided I should post a build log. :D

Here is the plan:
HU: McIntosh PH-2341-A (thanks Tim)
DSP: Soundstream Hamony
Amps: Soundstream REF5.1000 & REF2.370
Speakers: Precision Power P.65C3 comps.
Sub: Soundstream R1-15, thanks to sleeves (Jeremy) and Daniel.

Aside from being an insanely sexy and overbuilt deadhead for what was branded as a OEM Premium stereo; McIntosh used a standard 13 pin din connector to carry front and rear balanced audio. Can you say breakout board. :D

Well this was when Clarion owned McIntosh and Clarion does OEM for Subaru even to this day. So maybe they got a discount or something, or maybe it was at the demand of Paul Hoggan. :p
