Imprintables.com EXCELLENT customer service

So I ordered a vinyl cutter on Amazon.com from a company called Imprintables.com. I had a large chunk of the money in gift cards, so I just used them and ordered from Amazon.com. After ordering I looked on Imprintables.com and noticed the same vinyl cutter on their site comes with a ton of extras for $34 more than the Amazon listing. I e-mailed and asked if it was going to come with the extras and Tanya from Imprintables insisted I call her. I wasn't expecting her to let me pay the difference and get all the extra items! On top of that, she was excited to be able to do that for me and had a great attitude and presence on the phone. I can't say enough good things, so if you get a chance please check out their site!

My plans are to make stickers for CAJ, make some of my own and hopefully start a business. I'm sure people on here will have some ideas they want made into reality and it will be good practice to try those out.
