Nope
The reason I ask, is I do not own an APL1 with a setting every 6hZ or even a DSP, which has multiple settings to help control signal.
The Phase/Time Alignment, Amplitude control of APL1 are truly amazing!
I’m not much of a DSP person.
Hic, who are you referring to?
Myself
To me it depends on a couple things:
1: Does that person demonstrate that they actually know what they are doing? If they actually demonstrate solid knowledge, then yeah, I'll listen to them. If they don't know the basics, then I just ignore them.
2: It depends on the definition of "problem". If they are just working through gear issues in a logical manor, then yeah, I'll take advice from them. But if they have a tweeter dangling by the speaker wire and insist that it's not a problem, then I'll ignore them.
What`s a tweeter ?
A small loudspeaker responsive only to the higher acoustic frequencies and reproducing sounds of high pitch.

Got ya , and you don`t have to kill the short with this one, cause the amplifier sees it as a `dead short` already
