USB-C to HDMI cable

Hello all. I'm looking for a simple USB-C to HDMI cable for my MacBook Air M2 15. Can I just pick up anything from Amazon or I'll run into compatibility issues? I don't want to carry an adaptor and then a separate HDMI cable. If you recommend some brands I should stick with, that'll be great I'm using an older Dell 22" monitor but may upgrade to an Apple monitor in the future Thanks
