so I thought, after passing my hand inside a paper cup, how long can the static charge remain, and is there an easy way to transfer static build-up in cars, to re-generate batteries of battery?

would be something new, right?

I mean, maybe transfer the static to what the sun can do on a photo-voltaic roof, to achieve high voltage spikes with the steady sun-power.

or at least, make cars a little more fuel efficient.
