Are all the amps the same length? Seems like the LE should be the one under the fancy cover and get displayed.
The trunk is going to look great. Didn't know you had a DD5.

I think there is about 1.50 inches difference in length between the 2 amps. I'm using the rca cables I made for the Soundstream amps and they were cut to length for that set up. I didn't have 2 sets of rca's that would reach that far to the floor without having to make another set and I really didn't want to have to do that. Plus, even though the shortest amps are under the deck they were a HUGE pita to get squeezed in there. I'm hoping to post some pics as soon as I get a little further along. I think it will look pretty good when done. It better sound good too or I'm gonna be pissed.
I got the DD-5 off a member on DIYMA early last year. Pretty sweet unit, wish they weren't so hard to find.

About 90% done with the trunk. Still need to make covers for the side openings and a trim piece to cover the amps under the deck.

Looks awesome, Kelly.
Is that just resin over the cardboard? I have a few spots that could use some treatment like that.
Thanks! I added one layer of mat to give it just a little more rigidity. I wish I had taken a little more time to sand it down before adding the carpet to make it a little smoother. But I'm pretty happy with it.
