I have a digital design 9515 and the box that I had made for it sounds good at low volume. But when I really turn it up I have massive box flex. What is a good way besides all tread to strengthen this box?

is the face doubled?
Put a girdle on it [ encircle it with more wood, near the center of the flexing panels ].
It needs to be constrained.

Resining the inside wouldn't hurt
No its not double faced and I have 3 of the closet poles spaced about 3 in from the sub in three different directions. Also sunk em 1/8 of a inch into the top and bottom pieces of the box. My next step was to resin the inside of the box and round my port. Also to curve the corners on the inside of the box but was not certain if it would add more strength.

Threaded rods, nuts and fender washers (and some loctite)
use some wooden dowels, I make those a standard part of boxes I build.
