It's like grout that you simply sweep into the cracks and hose down. It's like a polymer based sand. Kind of a pain in the ass but probably not so much when used with experience. This was my first attempt at any such stone work.

OK, we usually use decomposed granite for that

Yes, but this stuff forms a solid, water resistant barrier that holds the stone slabs in place. At least that's why I used it...

Looks good, I was always curious what was used as "grout" for flagstone. Now I won't be so hesitant to do some myself.
