What's everyone's thoughts/experience on using Cressendo Diffusor tiles to help with the backwave of a midrange? AudioFrog GB40 will be vented into the dash. Pillars cabinets are roughly 0.194 ft3

My thoughts are: don’t vent them freely in to the dash. Put them in an enclosure (whatever size it needs to be) and then you won’t have to worry about the back wave.

Thanks Erin and Justin. I will focus out your suggestions instead

Actually the gb40 aren’t designed to go in pillars... speak to andy about that, he specifically points out that gb25 will perform better in pillars for lots of reasons, it was designed to play IB in a door
I can get an 8” in and not compromise the 40mm rule for Emma sq competition if I wanted too :) technically I do have a side window to drop them into a little... and no dashboard also helps lol, but I am speaking on axis and not blocking a great deal from my view
overboard....me.....never! Gonna sound great and image well too.
