Zed Audio Leviathan v1/v2 and the new v3 (significant upgrades)
I got a few boxes in today so I figured it was time for some nice shots of these beauties. There are some significant differences between the earlier models and the new v3's Zed is producing now.

First up, the exterior. You'll notice that the new versions come with a smoked plexiglass cover. I prefer the clear, but that's besides the point. Also of note is the larger end plate which now covers the machined ends of the heatsink for protection.

Note the different board layout. In addition, the version 3 is capable of even more power. Notice the size differences in the power supply? (That's a quarter)

they do look beautiful

Very nice looking amplifiers

I see he started doing something other than a plain white box too
Those full-width end pieces must be new within the past year, my v3 don't have those.
I don't like the smoked cover either really, but it helps at night. Those lights are just too damn bright, and I'm pretty sure that's why he did it. Would solve everything and look better if he just used dimmer LEDs for the logo. Could use a clear cover then and it would look better. But, still looks better than most everything else :D

they are beautiful amps for sure. I have always respected Steven Mantz's abilities. These are prolly the best looking I have ever seen from him

Yeah these are the most recently updated versions so I guess those end plates are very new. I like them actually. I agree about the LEDs. Seems it would make more sense to add a resistor in line to tame them down a bit and keep the clear covers, but he may have wanted a change in the look too, who knows? Good catch on the packaging too. Looks nice.
